A new chapter for the Climate School

And with this new chapter comes a new name: Welcome to Apave Climate School!

We are proud to announce that the Climate School is now part of the Apave Group, a global leader in risk management and technical services with 18,500 employees across nearly 60 countries.

This milestone is the continuation of a longstanding collaboration between our teams. Since 2023, the Climate School has supported Apave in delivering sustainability training programmes across its international workforce, demonstrating the value of combining climate education, operational expertise, and risk management capabilities at scale.

A Shared Vision

Apave Climate School will build on the Group’s industrial footprint and long-standing expertise in managing human, technical, environmental, and digital risks. With sustainability positioned at the core of Apave’s strategy, this new environment will enable us to create strong synergies with a broader ecosystem of organisations across the Group – such as Aktio, a specialist in carbon accounting and decarbonisation in France, and DDA, an ESG advisory firm based in the Netherlands.

As our CEO Antoine Poincaré explains:

“After five years of profitable growth, joining the Apave Group opens a clear new horizon for the Climate School. Beyond emissions reduction, every organisation now faces the same imperative of reducing climate risk. Apave’s expertise in engineering and risk management will allow us to deploy ambitious training and adaptation programmes designed for a changing climate.”

Looking Ahead

What remains unchanged is our mission: making complex climate challenges understandable and actionable for businesses. Apave Climate School will continue to deliver high-quality content, effective learning experiences, and pragmatic solutions that create measurable impact. We are confident this new chapter will enhance our capacity to support organisations as they adapt to climate change and accelerate their sustainable transition.

The future ahead is ambitious, and we are excited to build it together.
