Format : Certified Executive Education program combining intensive seminars, e-learning, applied projects, and one-on-one mentoring
Participants trained: Cohorts of 5 to 20 senior leaders (Executive Committee members, top management, and board members).

- Structure a strategic vision for sustainable transformation at the company and business model level, integrating net-zero transition, adaptation, and governance challenges.
- Drive extra-financial performance through a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, CSRD reporting, and materiality assessments.
- Design a robust and actionable sustainable transformation roadmap, supported by personalized guidance and peer-to-peer exchanges to accelerate implementation.
Outcome : This program prepares leaders to become key drivers of sustainable transformation, capable of making strategic decisions and leading change at the highest levels of the organisation.
