Climate Adaptation Training – Case Study
Written by Valentina Zajackowski
Whilst emissions mitigation now structures the roadmaps of companies engaged in climate transition, adaptation remains a relatively unexplored territory. And as natural disasters intensify, it is becoming increasingly important for organisations to structure upskilling programmes to prepare teams, infrastructure and, more broadly, the organisation to face these challenges.
It is in this context that La Banque Postale, a mission-driven company since 2022, deployed in-person training with Climate School to train 30 employees, with the mission of subsequently disseminating this culture throughout the company.
Pierre-Alix Binet, Head of Sustainable Finance, reflects on this experience and explains the choices made to ensure the success of this upskilling initiative.
