ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter referred to as “GTCU”) govern the terms of use of AXA Climate’s website and the contractual relationships related to the purchase of physical comic books sold by AXA Climate (hereinafter “AXA Climate,” “we,” or “our”).

The comic books are available in two languages, French and English, at a unit price of €20 (all taxes included).

By placing an order, the customer (hereinafter referred to as “customer”) acknowledges acceptance of these GTCU without reservation.

These GTCU are the only terms applicable and take precedence over any other document unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by AXA Climate.

AXA Climate reserves the right to modify these GTCU at any time. The applicable GTCU are those in effect on the date the order is validated.

ARTICLE 2. SERVICES OFFERED

Through its website, AXA Climate offers:

• Access to a catalog of comic books.
• Online purchase of physical comic books.
• The option to view the entire collection of comic books online before purchase.

ARTICLE 3. AVAILABILITY

Comic books are available for sale while stocks last.

In case of unavailability after an order has been placed, and if payment has already been made, the customer will receive a full refund.

ARTICLE 4. ORDERS

Any individual aged 18 or older or any legal entity may place an order.

Geographical and monetary conditions:

• Sales are conducted exclusively in France.
• All transactions are made exclusively in euros (€).

Order process:

1. The customer selects one or more comic books to purchase.
2. The cart summarizes the selected products.
3. The customer enters billing and shipping information.
4. The customer validates the order and accepts these GTCU.
5. The customer proceeds to payment.

A confirmation email is sent to the provided address. This document serves as the order receipt.

ARTICLE 5. PRICES

The unit price of each comic book is €20 (all taxes included), excluding shipping fees.

All prices are expressed in euros and include applicable French VAT.

Shipping fees are specified before the order is validated and may vary based on the package’s weight and size.

ARTICLE 6. PAYMENT METHODS

Orders can be paid for via:

• Credit card through a secure platform.
• Bank transfer (available upon request via the contact form).

Orders will only be shipped after payment is received, approximately within 15 business days.

ARTICLE 7. DELIVERY

Comic books are delivered exclusively within mainland France to the address provided by the customer during the order process, via Chronopost.

Delivery times:

Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of the order. AXA Climate cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Shipping fees:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the number of comic books ordered and the destination.

ARTICLE 8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day period from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

• The customer must notify their decision via email to: finance@axaclimate.com.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the withdrawal is valid, AXA Climate will refund the amounts paid (excluding shipping fees) within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

ARTICLE 9. WARRANTIES

AXA Climate guarantees that delivered products conform to the descriptions provided on the website.

In the event of defective or non-conforming products, the customer may request:

• Replacement of the product, or
• A full refund.

The customer must report any issues within 14 days of receiving the order.
